Milly Mason is a sixteen-year-old singer-songwriter from Cardiff whose
songwriting shows a maturity beyond her years.
During the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020, Milly Mason picked up the guitar
and fell in love with creating her own songs, as well as playing them live. She
has already released three singles and has one more planned, before an EP
to be released next year.
Milly’s musical influences include fellow singer-songwriters Amy
Macdonald, Bruce Springsteen and Tracy Chapman, and closer to home,
she is particularly influenced by artists such as Rusty Shackle and Martyn
Joseph.
Her ability to blend experiences from beyond her age with her fresh, youthful
sound is admirable, and her confidence in doing so is even more
remarkable.
