BIO: DKANDLE, the innovative Florence-based band celebrated for their immersive sonic landscapes, released their new single, "Kinda Hard To Find" on November 8, 2024. The single is now available on all major streaming platforms and serves as the first offering from their highly anticipated EP, "Under The Effect" which officially launched on November 22, 2024.
Following their live debut in London on October 10, 2024, at The Next Stars (Engines Room), DKANDLE’s new single marks a pivotal chapter for the band. Comprising Denis Kandle (vocals, guitar), Gene Teysse (bass), and Stefano Cerri (drums),DKANDLE continues to captivate audiences with their unique blend of shoegaze, grunge and post-punk.
"Kinda Hard To Find"; is also featured on the acclaimed "Aspirin Age Volume Four: A Shoegaze Compilation" by Broken Sound Tapes(USA). The track envelops listeners in lush atmospheres and introspective lyrics, offering a compelling glimpse into their new EP. "Under The Effect" presents a deeply emotive and layered musical experience, further exemplified by the track "Here and Now"- which premiered worldwide on November 6 on the radio show "When the Sun Hits"; via DKFM - and "The Heart Knows".

ABOUT DKANDLE
Founded as a solo project by Brazilian-born Denis Kandle in 2021, DKANDLE evolved into a dynamic trio in 2024 with the addition of Dutch bassist Gene Teysse (aka DJ Dragnet) and Italian drummer Stefano Cerri. Together, the band creates music that is both expansive and intimate, drawing from a rich tapestry of influences including shoegaze, grunge and post-punk. Their signature sound is characterized by haunting melodies, layered instrumentation, and evocative lyricism.
The new EP, "Under The Effect", featuring three tracks, represents the latest milestone in DKANDLE's artistic journey. It follows their acclaimed albums, Mondano (2022) and More Drag Queens Less Drama Queens (2023). With this release, DKANDLE continues to solidify their reputation as sonic innovators in the alternative music scene.
