Caitlin Lavagna releases a live EP with Bloc Sessions


Caitlin Lavagna is a singer-songwriter, actor and musician from Porth in the Rhondda Valleys in South Wales.  She released her debut single 'How Not To Start a Fight' in 2021 and her 8th single was released in December 2024 ending an incredible year, with four BBC Radio Wales Welsh A-lists.


She was invited to perform her charity single, 'Run' (Gavin and Stacey Theme Song) live on Good Morning Britain and won Best Female Act at the 2025 Radio Wigwam Awards in London. Last Month she won Best Actress and Best Music Video for her single, 'October' at The Celynen Film Festival and headlined her first London gig with Jamma UK.


Caitlin recently starred in HOUSEMATES at the Sherman Theatre and a tour of OPERATION JULIE, reprising her role from its sold-out run at Theatr na nÓg.


To kick off 2025, Caitlin has joined forces with Bloc Sessions to produce a stellar live EP consisting of GoldI Believe In A Thing Called Love and Losing Days. One released song, one unreleased and one cover of The Darkness’ outstanding floor-filler. A little treat to wet the appetite ready for Caitlin Lavagna’s first EP, coming soon.


Caitlin is also one half of Tea For 2, a podcast production that is rip-roaringly funny, honest and insightful.
